Sales Policy Information
1. How To Order From Write Style Inc.
Write Style Imprintable Invitations and Individual Papers are only available for purchase on our website. Samples are available. There is a $25.00 minimum order. There will be a $10.00 surcharge for all orders under $25.00.
Now offering online ordering! When we receive your order, we will email you confirmation of the total cost including freight and approximate delivery timing.
You can also email an order to Write Style at firstname.lastname@example.org and request Write Style to phone you for credit card info. If you do not wish to put your credit card in an email, you may also fax your order with complete payment information to Write Style at 410.296.7762.
When emailing or faxing an order, please include the following: Item #, quantity, accessory item # with quantity, your Billing and Shipping Address, daytime phone number, email address: and Visa, MasterCard, Discover number and expiration date, and Tax ID if applicable.

2. SHIPPING & HANDLING
If the imprintable invitations and/or papers are in stock your order will be shipped in 3-5 business days.
If the imprintable invitations and/or laser printable papers are not in stock it will take 7-10 business days to ship.
If you request UPS or Fed Ex 3 Day, 2 Day or Next Day services, your order will arrive on the 3rd, and/ or 1st business day STARTING THE DAY AFTER WE SHIP.
If you are located outside the United states, please email email@example.com with your order request and we will provide you with a quote to ship to your location.
3. SHIPPING & HANDLING RATES
Maryland residents will be charged a 5% sales tax unless we are provided with a copy of your tax exempt certificate.
Shipping rates are based on your location relative to our facility in MD.
4. BACK ORDERS
Write Style will not be responsible for freight on back orders if a customer requests an immediate (3-5 days) partial shipment of an order and wish not to wait for the rest of the papers to come in. Your invoice will indicate if an item is on backorder. If any item has been discontinued, it will be noted on your invoice in the comment section.
5. RETURN POLICY
Invitations from the Write Style Imprintable Collection may be returned only if the packaging has not been opened. Customer will be responsible for all shipping costs as well as a 30% restocking fee
All of Write Style individual paper Sales are FINAL.
The colors of papers and ribbons on this site compared to actual product may vary depending on computer hardware and software used to view the product, along with dye lot variations for paper and ribbon. Write Style Inc. is not responsible for colors not matching the intended use and does not accept returns on this basis.
If the product has been damaged in shipping or is defective, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with details within 5 days of receipt of the product to obtain a defective product authorization number. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER from Write Style Inc.
